About the Position

As a Growth Specialist, you will work as part of the Growth Team and report directly to the VP, Growth. You will be tasked with processing our leads, running our events (both in-person in Toronto and online), and general marketing tasks to assist our Growth team.

The position will allow you to get a holistic Growth/Marketing experience and work directly with people who specialize in particular areas such as demand generation, content creation and revenue operations. The role will be handling evening events a few times a week (some in-person at our beautiful Toronto campus!), so working hours will vary!

Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming experience as the first point of contact for many of our prospective students
  • Help process and meet with leads for our part-time courses
  • Answer student inquiries through chat, email, phone, and through our website.
  • Run our events, both in person and online
  • Help with general marketing duties such as lead cleanup, generating pre-determined reports and event follow up.
  • Assist with basic sales enablement and marketing operations tasks

Experience

  • Position type: Full-Time, 6-month contract with possibility of extension
  • Salary: $48,000 per year + bonus
  • 4-day work weeks
  • 3-weeks of vacation per year
  • Paid end-of-year closure from December 24th to the New Year
