I had a great time and learned a lot. Accelerated Web Development was a great introduction to the community of Juno and a nice way to see if you are the type of person that can handle an immersive course. It was only two weeks of 10-6 but you are learning something nearly every hour of each day and putting it into practise. I definitely feel more confident in my Web Development skills and feel like I accomplished something great.

I took the part-time Full-Stack Masterclass, which was a wonderful experience. The environment, instructors, and curriculum were all modern and of the highest quality. It was very hands-on which helps you implement your learning right away on-the-job. While the practical application of these concepts was the emphasis, we did spend some time on programming theory fundamentals. I wish we'd had more time to do a deeper dive there but the nature of a part-time course is there usually isn't enough time for that. I'd highly recommend the course to those interested in leveling up their skills.

The content of Accelerated Web Development is fun and clear and the level of progression in the assignments is perfect. I chose to do this course because I knew I wanted to apply to the Bootcamp (aka Web Development Immersive) but needed a little bit of knowledge in basic HTML and CSS. The admissions coordinator helped me realize that the application to the Bootcamp is competitive which also also solidified my decision to do the part-time course. Overall, I think this course is a perfect place to start whether you want a career in Web Development but have little to no experience (like myself) or if you just want to learn a new fun skill. Also, Juno seems like a great community and I look forward to continuing my education here!

If you want to start coding but don't know how to start, or already have a basic knowledge but want to step up your skills, Part-Time Web Development is the course for you. If you work with devs and want to be able to communicate with them better, this is the course for you. If you are thinking about changing your career but don't want to make the big jump yet, you guessed it right, this is the course for you! Now I know for certain that I want to go down this yellow brick road. I'm still impressed by how much I've learned in class! This course is good even if you have 0 knowledge about HTML and CSS, and I mean it. Don't feel discouraged if you barely know how to turn your computer on, in a matter of weeks you'll have a new set of impressive skills!

I'm just finishing up Part-Time Web Development and I have never been more excited about coding than I am now. Some classes can be fast-paced and have a lot of information, but it's not a lecture-type lesson. You are constantly coding along with the instructor and there is always a mentor available to help. The code-alongs helped a lot when I wanted to look back on how to do certain things for my projects. I started off with no experience at all and now I'm in the process of building my own website for my last project! It's crazy how much you can learn in such a small amount of time. The instructors/mentors are always available and willing to help.

I can’t recommend Juno highly enough! I had looked at a couple of schools and decided on Juno after my initial interview. I entered into the part-time Web Development course in Summer 2018 with no previous coding experience, and am amazed by the progress I’ve made in only three months. For my final project in the course, I made a multi-page website that has elements of jQuery and JavaScript. The facilities are beautiful, the curriculum is spot-on, and my instructor and mentors were approachable knowledgeable and made the material FUN. I’ve already taken on a couple of projects for small businesses and I can’t wait to return to Juno to further my education. This school has honestly changed my life.

I chose Juno because of all of the positive reviews online - these reviews are not wrong! Prior to taking this course I had virtually no experience in web development, finishing the course, I can build professional sites that you'd actually come across online. The instructor and mentors are wonderful, they bring their individual experiences to each class and are incredibly knowledgeable. The content and speed of the course are excellent, and every lesson is supplemented with a ton of practical exercises, some that you do in class and others that you can do in your own time. The projects for the courses are great opportunities to apply everything you've learned and the instructor and mentors are there to guide you and provide constructive one-on-one feedback.

I completed the Web Development course and I have to say that I've had a fantastic experience learning web development with Juno. If you're looking to pick up web development skills, this is definitely the place to do it. All in all the courses are fast-paced and there is a lot of content to cover, but Juno does a great job making learning to code an exciting and accessible experience. I highly recommend it for anyone interested in learning web development.

There are many schools in Toronto with a Web Dev learning program but I am definitely glad that I chose Juno. The environment is fun and friendly and the learning style is positive and reinforcing. All of the lesson materials are in simple terms which help with the sometimes complex language of the internet. Although the part-time program is fast-paced, the instructors ensure that everyone is on the same page and take the time to truly help you if you don't quite understand something. There are in-class exercises and code alongs to aid in student comprehension of the material and the take home projects were a great way to showcase our newly learned skills. I feel like this course has prepared me for the full-time bootcamp. I highly recommend Juno if you are looking to learn a new skill or are interested in a complete career change!

Honestly, I wouldn’t have passed the tech challenge had I not taken Part-Time before. Doing part-time also gave me confidence in the teaching style, curriculum and quality of instructors. Bootcamp was no walk in the park; sleepless nights were the norm and JavaScript was an exercise in picking yourself up again and again. But the support was there: The bootcamp team were beyond encouraging and there were games, extra-curricular help, stand-ups and weekly salad clubs to look forward to. Not to mention, my cohort was the absolute best, kindest, most wonderful group of humans EVER. Attending this school was one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself. Juno gave me more than just my first job in tech as a developer. I also gained a family, a community and a future that I’m really excited about!
