About the Position

Opportunity
As Juno’s Demand Generation Manager, you will be responsible for inbound lead nurture campaigns that directly impact pipeline and revenue. Reporting to our Director of Revenue Marketing, and collaborating closely with our Sales team, you will execute middle-to-bottom-of-funnel campaigns to increase the number of prospective students booking meetings, downloading course packages, applying for our bootcamps, and enrolling in our programs.
Who We're Looking For
We’re looking for candidates who have 2+ years of demand generation experience with SaaS, B2C or higher education brands. You:
- Are a results-driven marketer with a proven ability to execute campaigns that drive measurable results beyond top of funnel leads
- Have prior experience building effective email marketing programs that map to buyer journeys through relevant segmentation, content and offers
- Are excited to experiment with A/B testing of copy, calls to action, landing pages and more, to bring continuous performance improvements to our marketing programs
- Love building things from scratch and are a resourceful problem-solver

Responsibilities
- Build out our middle of funnel demand generation programs to achieve targets such as MQLs, meetings booked, inbound applications and course targets
- Execute our email marketing and event strategy so that top of funnel prospects receive relevant messaging and offers that move them along their decision journey
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to align on key messaging, campaign timing and offers in support of middle of the funnel goals
- Write compelling email copy in Juno’s brand voice, so that more students open our emails, click on our offers, and ultimately, choose Juno
- Own and run growth experiments related to middle of funnel, conducting ongoing tests to optimize messaging, design and performance
- Track and report on middle of funnel campaign performance, pulling relevant data from Google Analytics and Pardot
Here’s what you can expect in your first few months on the job:
- Within one month, you will have reviewed our existing middle of funnel data, met with the sales team to learn what messaging resonates with prospective students and deployed at least one new automated drip sequence
- Within 3 months, you have set up email nurture programs and landing pages for our core pathways, and have increased at least one key middle of funnel conversion rate in a meaningful and repeatable way
- Within 6 months, you have created deeper segmentation and customization of our email nurture programs, and are designing new middle of funnel tactics together with other marketing team members, to further impact multiple middle of funnel conversion metrics
Experience
- At least 2+ years of marketing experience in a demand generation role, ideally with a high growth organization
- A proven track record of generating measurable impact on pipeline or revenue through demand generation programs
- At least 1 year of experience using Pardot, Marketo or similar enterprise marketing automation platform
- Experience organizing and executing webinars
- Experience writing copy for landing pages
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Salesforce
- Excellent writing skills; bonus if you have experience with a B2C brand
- Excellent project management skills
- Experience with website optimization a plus

- Salary: $70,000-$80,000/year
