About the Position

We’re looking for a driven, people-focused, results-driven Career Success Specialist to join the Juno team. In this role, you will support Juno’s graduates in both group and one-on-one settings. You will facilitate presentations and deliver our career curriculum, own the job seeker journey and experience for your assigned graduates, and ensure they secure meaningful employment outcomes within six months of graduation.

Reporting to the CEO until the end of 2023 when a Team Lead will be promoted from within, Career Success Specialists work closely together, with the Product and Admissions teams more broadly to ensure we are delivering the ever-improving, inclusive, and transformational experience that Juno students expect.

You will spend the majority of your week coaching graduates individually or in pairs, to meet them where they are while ensuring they are following Juno’s job search process. You will develop a strong understanding of and comfort delivering Juno’s career curriculum, and will take ownership of the content for two of our six modules.

You’ll also learn the skills and abilities of Juno’s Web Development Bootcamp graduates, and combine them with your understanding of each graduate’s past and potential to pitch them to employers. To be successful in this role you will also demonstrate attention to detail, care, and empathy, and bring your unique experiences, perspective, and personality to each and every student and graduate interaction.
