About the Position

Our Business Development Representative (BDR), also known as our Student Advisor, will sit as part of the Sales Team, reporting to the Sales Manager. The BDR will be tasked with fielding inbound student applications and inquiries, guiding the inbound candidates towards the best course options for their needs, and setting up meetings for these candidates with our Student Success Consultants.

Currently, our programs are Live Online and our team is working remotely, with the option to return to our downtown Toronto campus when it is safe to do so.

Your Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound student inquiries through chat, email, phone, and through our website
  • Help convert these inquiries into meetings with our Student Success Consultants
  • Process inbound student applications
  • Create a welcoming experience as the first point of contact for many of our prospective students
  • Represent the Sales Team in various Live Online Juno events

Your Experience

  • Customer service-minded

  • Detail-oriented
  • Organized
  • Adaptable and flexible
  • Any experience in Sales or Marketing is a plus

  • Salary: $46,000/year + bonus
  • We’re transitioning to a 4-day workweek in 2022
