Design is subjective. The building blocks of design are shared -- typography, colour theory and more are a common language. The way design is used and processed is what changes from person to person. There are so many ways to approach design in the tech world, and so many career paths to go down with these building blocks. An art director at an agency will take a different approach than a product designer at a startup. Solving a design problem and going through the creative process is something that each person learns to do in their own unique way. What better way to learn design best practices than from some of best Toronto's creative minds? Every week, our students will meet a new mentor that has real industry experience. They'll share their unique creative processes, ideas and opinions. Working with Frank and Vivian of Studio Function, our lead instructors, this mentor team is our biggest yet and we're really excited about it. Meet our amazing mentors for this Spring's Intro to Design and Advanced Design classes.
