About the Position

That’s where you come in. We’re looking for a strategic, people-centred, and process-driven Manager of Sales to join the Juno team.
Reporting to Juno’s Chief Revenue Officer, you'll be responsible for meeting Juno’s revenue targets by managing a team of Student Success Consultants. You will partner with our leaders in Marketing, Admissions and Outcomes to develop sales strategies that support our students through their entire education journey. To be successful in this role you need to be skilled in designing and applying the right sales processes, motivating and coaching people, and digging into our data to identify opportunities for continued improvement.
It's critical that you are a great coach and problem solver. We'll look to you to be regularly gathering feedback on your team’s activities and individual performance to continually improve our approach. As the team leader, you will develop and demonstrate a culture of high performance that reflects Juno’s values and brand and puts the student experience first.

Responsibilities
Here's are the responsibilities for the Manager of Sales role:
- Managing Juno's Sales team
- Creating daily and weekly activity plans for team members
- Training and coaching team members
- Weekly, monthly and quarterly target monitoring
- Running experiments for both outbound and inbound activities
- Partnering with the Marketing team on campaign execution
- Recommending refinements to our tooling
- Forecasting sales targets together with our Chief Revenue Officer
Experience
Ideally you will bring the following experience to this role:
- 1-2 years experience managing other sales professionals
- 3 years experience as a quota-carrying sales professional
- A track record of consistently achieving sales targets either as an individual or as a team lead
- Experiencing with sales tools such as Outreach, Gong.io, LinkedIn Navigator, and Salesforce
Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position. It is currently a remote position and may be remote friendly post-COVID.
We’d love to have someone start as soon as possible, but ultimately we’re flexible - it’s more important for us that we find the right person to join our team!
