About the Position
Reporting to our Director of Marketing, the Digital Marketing Specialist will be a key member of the Marketing team at Juno. You’ll learn all about Salesforce and Pardot, and the power of marketing automation tools for managing workflows and achieving marketing objectives. You’ll also learn about the world of performance marketing, because marketing isn’t just about the four Ps anymore. These days, marketers are being asked to prove that their actions, such as spending money on ads, are delivering results for the company. We’ll teach you about this from the ground up and you’ll take on more tasks over time as you gain more experience and confidence. You’ll also be trained on how to run Juno’s popular 101 events, including pre- and post-event communications. As you learn more, there will be opportunities to innovate and improve on Juno’s existing processes and practices, and we welcome your input. There will also be other marketing projects and tasks you’ll take on - one thing you’ll definitely get out of this role is variety!
